Satisfaction Guarantee

The Satisfaction Guarantee provides certain limited protections provided by the Strigidae Ventures LLC (doing business as “Galet Home”). Subject to the below exclusions and the terms and conditions and limitations herein, if you are dissatisfied with the performance of a Galet Home, the Company will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns, up to a full refund of the amounts paid directly to Galet Home.

‍Limit of Liability:
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you have paid directly to us for the services rendered. We are not responsible for, and this guarantee does not cover, any work performed by any third parties or any expenses incurred as a result of services or recommendations provided by us.

‍Eligibility:
‍You are eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee provided that you report your concerns within thirty (30) days of having paid Galet Home, or upon the completion of your project by a home pro, whichever is later.
